Revenue Sharing Model

Our forum has implemented a system to share the ad revenue between all active members of this forum.

Our forum displays three advertisement when browsing the threads - Upper right area, Second post in the thread and Bottom center. Google AdSense is currently being used to serve relevant ads for the content on the page. Google pays AdSense publishers on a per click basis as well as per impression.

If you have an Adsense account, you can enter your Adsense Client Id in "Edit Profile" section under your account, to start earning you revenue. When you start or participate in a thread, we will use your Adsense Client Id to serve the Ads on the threads you have posted.

Why are we sharing our revenue?
A forum is nothing without Active Users, so we thought to share our revenue with our Expert members who is spending their valuable time in helping others in our forums.

What are the restrictions?
-- You must have an AdSense account through Google.
-- You must have at least 50 points accumulated within the forum to participate.
-- Your AdSense client ID will be used 50% of the time when the thread is viewed by any other users.

Is this allowed by Google?
I have reviewed the AdSense Policies, and I'm not able to find anything to suggest that it's not allowed. But if you know (or believe) otherwise, we would like to hear from you.

I look at the HTML source on posts I've made and I never see my AdSense Client ID.
User Ads are only shown to Logged In Users. The system will never display your own AdSense Client ID to you (as long as you are logged in). Hence, you will never able to see Ads from you Adsense Client Id. This is to prevent people from unknowingly violating the Adsense terms and conditions (specifically the part about clicking your own ads). Only other logged in members will be able to see your Ads.
